IELTS or International English Language Testing System is accessed through reading, writing, listening and speaking, and is designed to reflect how we will use English at study, at work, and at play, in our future new life abroad. This one is really a must for us to be able to go with the flow of that foreign country that we are going to.
TOEFL or Test of English as a Foreign Language is a test to measure the English Languagability of non-native speakers wishing to enroll in English-speaking universities, Most of us is dreaming to enroll in English Speaking universities because we have this idea that is is more advanced and I guess English is the easiest language to use since it is known as the universal language*duh*
TESOL or Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages, as i've said a while ago english is the universal language and most of us can speak and understand English. This test is design to test the English Capablities of a person who is wishing to live on a place were English is the first or common language, it is used for us to know how to grasp the idea of that english speaking place and for us to be belong to the group.
If I would have to choose one out of tis three given tests I would probably choose the IELTS because I strongly believe that it is broader than the other test and it is more complex and it is really useful to everyone who wish to know english in the deapest and most real sense.
